It is a database of all Central enactments which are in force and their subordinate legislations made from time to time. With the help of this system, retrieving of any Central Act and its relevant subordinate legislations of one’s interest in an up-to-date form has been simplified and made extremely user-friendly and accessible at push of few buttons.
It also contains Legislations enacted by the States and Union Territory Administrations along with their relevant subordinate legislations.

This Text Base consists of all enactments/Legislations enacted by the Central, States and Union Territory Administrations and their subordinate legislations made from time to time. The Search Facility is available on the following fields:

Indian Telecommunication Act 2023
In force since 24 December of 2023
It is the successor of
the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 and
the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933.
Transition time for certificates and other documents is up to 5 years after 24. December 2023. (24. Dec. 2028)
TEC has been designated as the "Appropriate Authorities"
The Telecommunication Engineering Centre and the National Centre for Communication Security, under the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, shall be the Appropriate Authorities
TEC will publish and release standards, rules, and approval procedures.
TEC or a certification body which is on the list of TEC will issue a Certificate of Conformity Assessment.
